Moment Hypnosis for Sleep is a short-term, fully personalized one-on-one hypnotherapy program designed to help you finally get the rest your mind and body are craving.

Here’s what working together usually looks like for most clients:

Session 01 // Your Foundation Session (2 hours)
This first 1:1 session over Zoom is where your personalized sleep plan begins. We’ll work with the three key parts of your sleep system: your conscious mind, subconscious mind, and body. You’ll experience guided hypnotherapy to begin shifting patterns at the subconscious level (the part most approaches completely miss), alongside tailored coaching and tools to lay the groundwork for lasting change.

Session 02 // Follow-Up Session #1 (90 min)
Scheduled about a week later, this session builds on the progress from your foundation session. We’ll continue working through any remaining blocks and collaborate on which tools are most effective for you at home. Some clients experience rapid shifts, while for others the momentum builds more gradually—both are completely normal. This session helps you stay supported and steadily moving forward.

Session 03 // Follow-Up Session #2 (90 min)
By this point, the majority of clients notice real changes taking root. In this third session, we’ll reinforce what’s working, troubleshoot anything that still feels sticky, and strengthen your confidence in maintaining sleep improvements even during stress, travel, or life’s ups and downs.

For many clients, three sessions is the sweet spot. But if your sleep issues are more complex or long-standing, I may recommend a one to three more sessions to give your system the support it needs to shift. Either way, we’ll move at a pace that works for you—and I’ll be here to guide you each step of the way.

This isn’t a surface-level or one-size-fits-all sleep program. This also isn’t signing up to see a therapist weekly for years.

Moment Hypnosis for Sleep is a short-term, results focused, fully personalized program that helps you break the cycle of restless nights. The majority of clients need only three sessions, more complex situations may need 3-6 sessions.

  • Foundation Session (2 hours): $296

  • Follow-Up Sessions (90 minutes): $224 each

I recommend new clients plan for three sessions to start. Because everyone is unique in their progress, all sessions are pay as you go. Whether you experience a major breakthrough after two sessions, three sessions or five sessions, we’ll only have sessions for as long as it benefits you!
