I’m Shannon Eddy, certified hypnotherapist, integrative medical hypnotist, and coach. I’m here to help you live a healthier and more fulfilling life by tapping into the most powerful tool you already have: your subconscious mind.
Hypnotherapy is a natural method of transformation that retrains how your brain and body work together. Whether you’re facing anxiety, pain, fear, insomnia, or other challenges, we’ll gently and effectively identify and rewire the patterns that are getting in the way. My approach is caring, collaborative, and tailored to you.
Hypnosis has been profoundly powerful in my own life, helping me ease childbirth, heal grief, overcome anxiety, and boost productivity. Moment Flow
Moment Flow is a unique, flexible, and effective method of Hypnotherapy that allows clients to create the profound positive change they seek. Rather than a rigid order of steps, sessions flow between 4 principles (Calm, Connect, Calibrate, Create) as needed by the individual person and situation. This method allows for important subconscious changes to be made, but also for those changes to result in actions and intention with the conscious mind.
