WHAT TO EXPECT

Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Panic Attacks isa short-term, fully personalized process with 1:1 sessions online or in-person. Clients should plan for 6–8 sessions to build the momentum and progress desired.

Each session is 90 minutes, allowing us to do deep, focused work without rushing.

We’ll begin with weekly sessions to build momentum. Once we’ve reached the desired level of progress, sessions are spaced out to support integration and maintenance.

In each session, you’ll receive:

  • Support to interrupt anxiety before it escalates

Hi, I’m Shannon Eddy. I’m a certified hypnotherapist specializing in subconscious change work for anxiety relief, insomnia, migraines and more.

I believe your body is always trying to help you, but sometimes it needs new instructions on how to do that. My approach blends medical hypnosis with nervous system awareness to help your system shift out of old patterns and into a state where change can actually stick.
