Hypnotherapy for insomnia and sleep is a short-term, fully personalized process with 1:1 sessions online or in-person. Clients should plan for 4–6 sessions to build the momentum and progress desired.

Each session is 90 minutes, allowing us to do deep, focused work without rushing.

We’ll begin with weekly sessions to build momentum. Once we’ve reached the desired level of progress, sessions are spaced out to support integration and maintenance.

In each session, you’ll receive:

Hi, I’m Shannon Eddy. I’m a certified hypnotherapist specializing in subconscious change work for migraine relief, anxiety, insomnia and more.
