Hi, I'm Shannon Eddy. I'm a certified hypnotherapist and integrative medical hypnotist working with athletes, performers, and professionals who are ready to close the gap between their preparation and their results.

I believe your subconscious mind is always trying to help you, but sometimes it needs new instructions on how to do that. My approach blends hypnosis with nervous system awareness to help your system shift out of old patterns and into a state where change can actually stick.
